This is one of the most common reasons why many do not reach their potential height. They skip a meal but eat heavy on the next. They think that with this, they still get the complete nutrition that they need. There are some parts of this that are right but what they don’t know is that their bodies are unable to function to its prime since it was deficient in nutrients in some points of the day.
